This example is perfect because Sara was knowledgeable about both art AND real estate. She observed that she could do a much better job curating art installations for new apartment buildings—which makes sense because the developers and project managers don’t really specialize in that—and by doing this she could create a new source of income while also impacting the local community in a positive way.

Most artists don't know how to reach the interior design market, yet there’s a clear need that they can meet. This is truly a win-win experience for everyone.
