The group produces concerts and musical experiences for children of all ages in New York City, as well as a land surveyor who changes careers when he discovers an accidental side hustle painting signs and murals. It’s now a full-time, six-figure business!

Today, in our latest feature, we’ll hear from Marci Heit in Silver Spring Maryland. Marci does a lot! She runs an animation production company called “It’s Real Entertainment.” She’s also a professional voice actor. And in her spare time, she’s the founder of QD Foodie, a kitchen tool collection that makes cooking fun. (She notes that she doesn’t call it her side hustle but part of her overall business—that’s kind of like me.)
